About the role
- Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 6:30 pm or until job is complete
- Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
- Oversee and supervise a work group to meet department goals.
Responsibilities
- Supports the safety programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe working environment for all associates.
Requirements
- 3 years of related experience
- Knowledge of or ability to learn computer systems
- Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis and must not require U.S. Venture's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.
- Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL (self-retracting lifeline).
- Willing to work overtime or flexible hours on short notice
- Good memory and scanning abilities
- Able to lift up to 65 lbs. with the proper equipment and climb 20 feet on a regular basis
- Able to learn to use a forklift
- May require valid drivers license and conformance with company driver policy
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

- Skills and experience sufficient to supervise assistant receivers and helpers
- Good communication and math skills
