About the role
- The Technical Trainer I also provides technical help throughout the company and may help other divisions through various training tasks.
- This is a full time position with in-person, hybrid or remote opportunities available.

Responsibilities
- Continuing to build Ignition knowledge beyond the ability to handle all customer questions in beginner classes
Requirements
- 2+ years experience with classroom and eLearning instructional development or delivery
- Must be able to convey a large variety of technical concepts clearly and succinctly
- Familiarity with a programming language (Python, Java, C++, etc)
- Familiarity with SQL
- Ability to write effective documentation for processes and procedures
Nice to have
- Experience with Ignition is strongly preferred
- Experience teaching programming classes is a plus
