About the role
- This role Oversees the daily execution of flight schedules to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time aviation operations.
- Monitors real-time weather patterns and air traffic control updates to mitigate potential flight disruptions.
- Ensures strict compliance with federal aviation regulations (FAA) and internal safety management systems.
Responsibilities
- The position supports operational readiness, resource integration, mission effectiveness, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and security requirements.
- Coordinates with pilots, dispatchers, and ground crews to manage aircraft movements and resource allocation.
- Evaluates post-flight data to identify trends and implement continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Work at various sites, both CONUS and OCONUS, with travel as required.
