About the role
- include answering the main phone line, screening calls for the Owner and team, assisting with pre-consultation tasks, closing client files, and light cleaning.

- Client/Visitor Focused Tasks Answering Incoming Calls Scheduling and Confirming Appointments Greeting office visitors Handling potential new client intake and scheduling consultations Typical Receptionist Administrative Tasks Filing documents in appropriate client files & sub-files Preparing client files for delivery to client upon termination of representation.
Requirements
- As the firm's first point of contact, the Receptionist must be friendly, organized, professional, and confident in managing calls.
- The Receptionist must have a high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
