Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for air vehicle structures with c omposite f abrication p arts
- Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly considerations
Requirements
- This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
- 1+ years of experience in c omposite s f abrication
- To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering
- Experience with 3D model-based instruction
- Experience with VisMockup, ProModel, FlexSim, 3D Printed Parts, Maker Space, ImDev, ICIDO, Multi- Monitor Collaborative Rooms, rapid prototyping or manufacturing
- E xperience leading Full Size Determinant Assembly (FSDA) development/deployment activity
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution System s c ommon i mage ( MESci )
- Experience with any of the following: Siemens NX, IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, Gold, PrimeR, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA,

Compensation
- $126,650 - $171,350
