- The School Dean is responsible for student discipline, school safety, and providing support to both students and staff.

- The position requires general knowledge of restorative justice practices and positive behavior support.
- The School Dean supports the development of a positive school culture, the social-emotional development of students, and works with the School Director in all non-academic operational areas.
