About the role
- This role combines advanced technical expertise with leadership skills to guide projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure best practices are consistently applied.
- The Senior Engineer serves as a trusted advisor, influencing technical strategy, improving processes, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Participate in system migrations, upgrades, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Implement and document solutions based on defined requirements and architectural guidelines.
- Implement enterprise solutions in collaboration with engineering and delivery teams.
- Collaborate with Architects to ensure architectural consistency across projects.
- Develop technical documentation, diagrams, and deployment guides for project teams.
- Provide technical support to delivery teams during implementation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of professional technical experience preferably with 2-4 years of experience in solution design, or architecture roles.
- Strong working knowledge of core IT domains:
- Broadcom VMware VCF deployment/implementation experience required
- Compute Platforms:
- Dell PowerEdge, OpenManage
- HPE Proliant DL/ML series, Synergy, OneView
- Cisco UCS B-Series, X-Series, Intersight
- Storage Solutions:
- Pure Storage Flasharray / Flashblade
- HPE Alletra, Primera
- Dell PowerStore, PowerMax, PowerScale
- Virtualization Platforms:
- Backup and Disaster Recovery Platforms:
Nice to have
- Relevant professional certifications preferred.
