About the role

  • Additionally, the individual will evaluate pipeline investments and provide strategic decision analysis for project transitions.

Requirements

  • Track Record: 6+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences with majority of the experience supporting a global R&D function.
  • Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing R&D or clinical development budgets, monthly closes, and global financial consolidations.
  • Modeling & Synthesis: Proven capability to translate complex scientific and financial data into clear, actionable executive insights.
  • AI/Automation: Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI/Automation tools to gain efficiency
  • hands-on experience with enterprise tools (e.g., SAP, TM1, Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field with 7+ years of overall experience including 6+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.

Nice to have

  • Prepare executive-ready reporting packages, budget-versus-actual analyses, and risk/opportunity summaries for management reviews.
  • Conduct sophisticated financial analysis and pipeline valuations to inform R&D investments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • MBA, CPA, or relevant advanced certification preferred.

Skills

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; hands-on experience with enterprise tools (e.g., SAP, TM1, Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau).

Compensation

  • $133,000.00 - $178,000.00 annually BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
  • Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location.
  • The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.
  • Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only.
  • Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
