About the role

- SeatGeek's user experience team is seeking a senior designer to change live experiences.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate outstanding design skills and a passion for experimentation, data, and systems thinking
- An understanding of the technical and logistical obstacles that create friction during live experiences
- This person is highly skilled in behavioral design, systems design, and storytelling.
- They will define strategies, provide end-to-end craft and thought leadership, and partner seamlessly with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, product marketing, customer success, and more.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
Compensation
- Discretionary annual bonus
- $500 per year for wellness expenses

- The salary range for this role is $130,000-$188 USD.
