About the role

  • The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Technology position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional to play a key role in scaling our Technology organization across Toronto, New York City, and Pune.
  • This role is an individual contributor with broad ownership and visibility, with the potential opportunity to expand your impact through people leadership as the team evolves.

Responsibilities

  • As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will own recruiting across AI, Software Engineering, QA, IT, Data, and Product while helping establish our AI & Data Hub in Toronto.
  • Partnering closely with senior technology leaders, you will shape hiring strategies for critical technical talent, provide market intelligence, and drive end-to-end recruitment for some of our most strategic teams.
  • You will have the autonomy to develop scalable recruiting programs, establish best practices for technical hiring, and influence the direction of our talent acquisition function as our technology organization grows.
  • Partner with senior technology leaders as a trusted talent advisor, developing hiring strategies and delivering market insights to attract exceptional technical talent
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, prioritize searches, and drive a consistent, efficient, and inclusive hiring process across multiple regions
  • Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices, standardize processes, and contribute to strategic talent initiatives across the organization

Skills

  • This is a hybrid position based out of our New York City office.

Compensation

  • $135,000 - $150,000 USD
