Responsibilities
- Provide Smarty team members with general troubleshooting services, problem solving, and training Research, procure, manage, configure, and support employee equipment, including laptops, phones, monitors, peripherals, printers, desks, chairs, etc.
- We are building a team that wants to take on that challenge and grow with us at the same time.
- This role will deliver exceptional standards of service, ensuring that all of our equipment and systems are functioning at peak performance and secured against any malicious intent.
