lead without direct authority-guide other functions and collaborate strongly with our R&D / NPI teams to provide strategic direction on supplier selection.
Being highly collaborative with such functions as New Product Introduction, R&D, Supplier Development and Quality to build roadmaps and Sourcing Strategies for the Biochem Category and Subcategories.

Ability to travel up to 20%, including domestic and international trips as business needs require.

Working collaboratively across large organizations, including spend pooling, joint operating company negotiations, collaboration on risk mitigation strategies.
Managing procurement activities in regulated chemical environments, including compliance with REACH, TSCA, PFAS‑elimination programs, or other relevant chemical‑regulatory frameworks.
