About the role

The Store Manager serves as a stakeholder of the store's four-wall performance and acts as the critical link between people, product, profit, performance.

2-3+ years of retail leadership experience (Store Manager or equivalent leadership role preferred)
Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving retail environment.
Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours per shift)
Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and safely climb ladders or step stools
Manual dexterity to safely operate stockroom tools (e.g., box cutters)

Execute product launches, merchandising strategies, and marketing initiatives to maximize sell-through.
Maintain loss prevention standards and implement shrink-reduction strategies.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Deliver consistent performance feedback and recognition.
Ensure completion of onboarding, compliance training, and job-skills training.
