Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling visual concepts for integrated campaigns across broadcast, streaming, digital, social, and brand initiatives.
  • Translate creative strategy into strong visual narratives, mood boards, style frames, and design systems.
  • Partner closely with writers, producers, editors, and designers to shape cohesive creative ideas from pitch to final execution.
  • Support the Executive Creative Director in defining and maintaining the brand expression and visual standards of both franchises.
  • Design & Execution
  • Create high-impact design assets including key art, promo graphics, digital/social layouts, typography systems, thumbnails, presentations, and animation briefs.
  • Provide hands-on design work using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and/or Cinema 4D to bring concepts to life.
  • Guide designers (static and motion) by delivering clear visual direction, templates, and design toolkits.
  • Collaborate with show-side partners and internal stakeholders to incorporate episodic elements, contestant imagery, set visuals, and talent photography into marketing materials.
  • Provide creative support for franchise initiatives, partnership campaigns, special episodes, and development projects.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in creative marketing, design, or art direction within entertainment, broadcast, streaming, or digital media
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and experience guiding motion/animation workflows.
  • Solid understanding of and/or technical proficiency in Cinema 4D with strong grasp of 3D systems and compositing.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate ideas into polished, on-brand visual systems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign development, visual storytelling, brand design, and multi-platform creative.
  • Experience developing creative for iconic brands, entertainment IP, or character-driven storytelling is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
  • The anticipated base salary for this position is $117,866 - 153,225. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
