About the role
- We're looking for a Cloud Software Engineer to design, build, and support backend services, APIs, and cloud-based applications using C#,.NET, and Microsoft Azure. You'll independently own features from development through deployment and operational support, contribute to technical design conversations, and help ship reliable, production-ready software.

- We're looking for a Cloud Software Engineer to design, build, and support backend services, APIs, and cloud-based applications using C#,.NET, and Microsoft Azure.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and application components using C# and.NET
- Build and support cloud-hosted solutions in Microsoft Azure, using compute, storage, messaging, and identity services
- Contribute to technical design and implementation decisions for features and services, with an eye toward scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and other engineers to turn requirements into effective technical solutions
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release processes
- Use logging, monitoring, and alerting tools to improve observability and operational support
- Document technical designs, implementation details, and support procedures
- 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting production applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field - or equivalent practical experience
- Strong proficiency in C# and the.NET ecosystem, including modern application development patterns
- Experience with source control, automated testing, CI/CD, and standard software development lifecycle practices
- Ability to work independently on defined technical problems while collaborating effectively within a team
Nice to have
- Experience with ASP.NET Core, background services, microservices, or event-driven architectures
- Experience with Azure services such as App Service, Functions, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Application Insights, Monitor, and Entra ID
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with infrastructure as code, environment automation, or configuration management
- Understanding of observability, distributed tracing, caching, messaging patterns, and performance tuning
- Experience supporting modernization efforts or cloud migrations
- Experience mentoring junior engineers or interns
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, documentation, or productivity
