About the role

As a key member of the direct investment team, the Senior Associate will work closely with Vice Presidents, the Executive Director, and senior leadership.
This is an ideal position for someone who truly loves investing and goes beyond "processing".
The right candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and creative, with excellent technical and presentation skills, a can-do attitude, and a deep desire to learn and grow through mentorship.

Portfolio Management & Value Creation · Partner with portfolio company management teams to monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and identify growth levers. · Provide strategic and operational insights to help accelerate portfolio company success. · Support exit planning and liquidity events.
Firm Building & Thought Leadership · Contribute to scaling the firm by improving internal processes, sharing best practices, and driving innovation. · Represent Camino Partners at industry events to enhance the firm's visibility and relationships.
