Responsibilities
- Support project delivery by coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies, and team activities under the guidance of senior project leadership
- Maintain detailed project plans, action logs, RAID logs, milestone trackers, and status materials to support accurate and timely reporting
- document decisions, actions, owners, and follow-ups
- support mitigation planning and escalate items that require senior attention
- Prepare and support client-facing status updates, deliverable tracking, meeting materials, and follow-up communications
- Apply modern delivery practices, including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD concepts, to support team planning and execution.
- Support AI-assisted delivery practices by helping maintain accurate project data, dependency inputs, RAID updates, and release readiness information
- Facilitate working sessions and project team meetings; document decisions, actions, owners, and follow-ups
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early; support mitigation planning and escalate items that require senior attention
- You'll manage these projects end-to-end, navigating a matrix structure where you'll collaborate with QA, development, and business analysis teams dispersed across the United States and Canada.
Requirements
- Occasional travels are required for client demos, project launches, and high priority escalations, while working 100% from home the rest of the time.
Skills
- Complete fluency in both French and English, spoken and written
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency with project tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Availability to travel occasionally for client demos, project launches, and escalations management across the United States and Canada
- Knowledge of Agile principles, DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and ticketing tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Previous experience with pension administration, benefits platforms, or HR technology solutions
