About the role

  • The incumbent serves as a Supervisory Program Analyst of the Internal Controls Division.

Requirements

  • Federal applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade to satisfy time-in-grade restrictions, per 5CFR 300, Subpart F.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior officials and stakeholders to resolve complex operational or programmatic issues.
  • Experience supervising or leading employees by assigning work, establishing priorities, evaluating performance, mentoring staff, and supporting workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
  • In addition, applicant's experience must also demonstrate that the candidate possesses the following qualities: Ability to assign, review, and supervise the work of others
  • Ability to adjust to change, work pressures, or difficult situations without undue stress
  • Experience analyzing and evaluating complex programs, processes, or organizational operations to identify risks, improve efficiency, and recommend solutions to senior leadership.
