About the role
- Act as a mentor, role model, and resource for co-workers. - Assist manager with provider schedules, coordinating vacation requests and sick calls to ensure appropriate clinical coverage.
- Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions.
- This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment.
Responsibilities
- Ability to perform clinical skills such as IV, urinary catheters, ear lavage, EKG, sterile set up, injections, immunizations, point-of-care testing, swabbing, and phlebotomy.
- Join the growing Urgent Care team at Salmon Creek 2 as a Lead Urgent Care RN!
- As a Lead Urgent Care RN, you will execute daily workflows, deliver high-quality clinical outcomes, and provide exemplary patient care.
- It is expected that the daily work of the Lead Urgent Care RN will encompass both lead and direct patient care responsibilities.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Washington or Multi-State RN license required.
- Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required.
- Ability to successfully become a core-trainer and super user of EHR.

Compensation
- Compensation packages and time off programs vary and are dependent on factors such as department, position type, primary work state and FTE.
