About the role

Act as a mentor, role model, and resource for co-workers. - Assist manager with provider schedules, coordinating vacation requests and sick calls to ensure appropriate clinical coverage.
Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions.
This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment.

Ability to perform clinical skills such as IV, urinary catheters, ear lavage, EKG, sterile set up, injections, immunizations, point-of-care testing, swabbing, and phlebotomy.

As a Lead Urgent Care RN, you will execute daily workflows, deliver high-quality clinical outcomes, and provide exemplary patient care.
It is expected that the daily work of the Lead Urgent Care RN will encompass both lead and direct patient care responsibilities.

Active, unencumbered Washington or Multi-State RN license required.
Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required.
Ability to successfully become a core-trainer and super user of EHR.
