About the role

  • Bain Capital Real Estate is hiring Analysts!
  • This role is a minimum two-year commitment with eligibility for promotion to Associate after two years.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidates will have a strong academic record with prior internship experience in investing and/or real estate (investment banking, RE development, research, etc.).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation

  • Expected Annual Base Salary: $110,000
  • This is the expected annual base salary range for this position.
  • Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
  • In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.
