Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners using Pattern's 3PL services, managing day-to-day logistics inquiries and fulfillment operations across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
- Oversee partner onboarding into Pattern's 3PL systems, ensuring seamless integration across multiple online retail platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Advertising teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and product readiness for promotional campaigns.
- Develop strategic business plans focused on scaling partner accounts through operational efficiencies and Pattern's distribution network.
- Gather and organize logistics data to deliver meaningful supply chain performance insights to brand partners.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Drive for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing high-stakes partner relationships.
- You take full ownership of your portfolio - partners feel your proactive presence before issues arise, not after.
- You translate complex logistics data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in fulfillment performance.
- You resolve partner requests with professionalism and urgency, consistently exceeding SLA expectations.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
Compensation
- Pattern matches 100% of the first 3% in eligible compensation deferred and 50% of the next 2% in eligible compensation deferred.
