Responsibilities

  • Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery and experimentation through launch and iteration, ensuring solutions deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Lead alignment across Design, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Sales, and Marketing to remove blockers, resolve strategic issues, and keep delivery on track.
  • We translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable products and operational workflows that create value for both Cisco's internal stakeholders and customers.
  • We thrive on experimentation, iteration, and measurable impact, with a strong focus on building intelligent platforms and onboarding experiences that build the future of how users engage with Cisco solutions.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Build, and Data Science teams to deliver technical products involving system architecture, APIs, data flows, or AI/ML capabilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across large, matrixed organizations and with customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, or Master's degree and 8+ years of related experience.
  • 8+ years of product management experience driving product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-functional execution.
  • Experience leading products from 0 to 1 as well as scaling mature products in production environments.
  • Experience defining product requirements, handling backlogs and prioritization, and using indicators or other measurable metrics to assess product performance and advise strategy.
  • Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, or Master's degree and 8+ years of related experience.

Nice to have

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Validated experience delivering products that use data-driven methods and AI for personalization or dynamic user experiences at scale.
  • Experience leading end-to-end customer workshops and translating customer feedback into product direction.
  • Ecommerce experience is a plus.

  • For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota
  • 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%

Compensation
