Responsibilities

  • Own calendars for executives and their direct reports, including meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expenses.
  • Consult with the executive you support to solicit information, provide critical updates, and coordinate information and priorities.
  • Occasionally provide backup administrative support to the executive's direct reports.
  • Build rapport across the organization and communicate respectfully.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.

Nice to have

  • Zoom experience is preferred.
  • General video conference knowledge

Compensation

  • The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 30.00 USD - 37.50 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
