About the role

The position will work closely with customs brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant import transactions in accordance with U.S. Customs regulations.

Support day-to-day U.S. import trade compliance activities, ensuring accurate and timely import filings in coordination with customs brokers
Review and maintain import documentation and compliance data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory recordkeeping requirements
Track and analyze updates in U.S. import regulations, trade policies, tariffs, and trade remedies, and support internal implementation
Partner with logistics, supply chain, and relevant functions to identify compliance risks and address operational issues
Support post-entry reviews, compliance checks, and responses to customs inquiries
Maintain and organize compliance-related records and documentation in line with internal and regulatory requirements
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to import compliance processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency

2-3 years of experience in import operations, customs brokerage, trade compliance, or supply chain/logistics-related roles
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work with data and documentation
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin required.
Basic understanding of U.S. import regulations and customs processes (e.g., HTS classification, valuation, origin, documentation)
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Experience working with customs brokers or supporting import clearance activities is preferred
Bachelor's degree required (Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred)
