About the role

  • In-office position for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare year-end payroll documents (e.g., W-2s)
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy
  • Maintain compliance with tax withholding requirements
  • Employee Support (10-15%)

Requirements

  • Support audits and maintain required documentation
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with payroll systems and payroll tax reporting, W-2 preparation, and year-end payroll processes preferred.

Compensation

  • Coordinate annual open enrollment
  • Calculate annual profit-sharing contribution and remit to Capital Group
  • Responsible for annual employee communication for benefit plan

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration, benefits administration, or a related field.
  • Experience processing payroll and administering employee benefit programs required.
