About the role

  • At Flex, we welcome people of all backgrounds.
  • Report to the Production Manager, the Material Handler, is responsible for the movement of materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations within the production floor.
  • Coordinate efficient flow of materials and products throughout the purchasing, manufacturing and assembly process

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time.

Compensation

  • Job Posting Start Date 07-14-2026 Job Posting End Date 09-18-2026 The base pay range for this position is provided below.
  • $18.59 USD - $25.10 USD Hourly

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years' experience in manufacturing, warehouse management, or another related field
  • General understanding of blueprints, wiring drawings, schematics, or engineering diagrams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
