About the role

This role is responsible for ensuring all educational operations align with Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) standards, state education regulations, institutional policies, and higher education best practices.

Support institutional readiness for accreditation reviews, audits, and regulatory reporting.
Lead faculty onboarding and instructor training in accordance with ACCSC and institutional standards.
Conduct regular classroom observations and provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to instructors.
Create, maintain, and monitor Faculty Personnel Reports (FPRs) for all instructors.
Collaborate with campus leadership to support student achievement, retention, and instructional quality initiatives.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.

Conduct and document instructor performance audits and evaluations at least semi-annually.

Associate's degree
5+ years of management experience or proven leadership in a relevant role, demonstrating a track record of effectively guiding teams, driving performance, and achieving organizational goals.
Demonstrated expertise in resolving conflicts, fostering positive workplace relationships, and collaborating effectively within teams.

The salary for this position ranges from 90,000- 105,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
