About the role
- This job requires active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily SCRUM, stand-ups, and meetings to support the Agile Software Development Process
- Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
- Train, mentor, and support scrum teams to follow Agile values, principles, and practices
- Facilitates daily SCRUM, stand-ups, and meetings to support the Agile Software Development Process.
- Uses Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions, while training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams.
Requirements
- Three years of experience mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures
- Five years of experience with the SDLC and Agile processes
- TS/SCI clearance with SBI and ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance

Nice to have
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in a DevSecOps environment
