The Underwriter III is responsible for underwriting complex Non-QM and DSCR investor loans, exercising advanced independent judgment, and approving guideline exceptions when appropriate.

In addition to managing a personal pipeline, this role provides guidance and support to other underwriters and helps ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence across the underwriting function.
