About the role

They play a pivotal role coordinating with various stakeholders including homebuyer, seller, mortgage, accounting and other areas within the Title & Settlement Process.
They leverage their expertise in escrow procedures and industry regulations, navigate complex transactions, uphold compliance standards and serve as mentors to fellow branch employees.
Ensure timely and accurate flow of information and documentation from settlement team to Recording and Accounting departments.

Senior Escrow Officers oversee and manage escrow processes for the closings of real estate transactions.
Expected to manage a higher volume of closings compared to Escrow Officers, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in processing transactions.

Minimum of 2-5 years Escrow Officer experience
Licensing requirements as required by State/Federal Agencies
Notary Public license requirements as required by State
Ability to multi-task and handle fast-paced and demanding work environment
Ability to adjust well to change
Ability to prioritize conflicting demands & meet department needs with available resources
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

Customer service skills with experience engaging with diverse homebuyer demographics
Effective follow up skills and attention to detail
