Responsibilities
- Lead and Build a Recruiting Team
- Design and execute training and ramp-up programs that accelerate recruiter productivity
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Coach and Develop Recruiters
- Maintain an Individual Recruiting Desk
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field
- Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
- Experience sourcing, qualifying, closing, and negotiating with candidates
Nice to have
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, training, or coaching recruiters
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working within applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
- Consistently achieving individual recruiting goals and production targets
- Creating a positive candidate experience and maintaining strong provider relationships
- Driving accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement across the team
