Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience supporting EVP‑ or C‑suite executives within a global, public company, enabling the ability to manage scale, complexity, and executive‑level expectations effectively
  • Expertise in managing complex, travel‑heavy schedules across domestic and international regions, enabling seamless coordination across time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a CMO or senior people leader, with familiarity across key marketing disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint, to support executive scheduling, communications, and presentations.
  • Experience with expense management systems (e.g., Concur) for accurate and timely expense reporting.
  • Leverage AI‑enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, quality of work, and decision‑making, while continuously identifying and implementing more efficient ways of working.

Compensation

  • The U.S. base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job.
