Responsibilities

  • Great professional development, mentoring, and skill-building opportunities.
  • We are at the forefront of student advocacy, engagement, and support, providing a home for students to explore their Jewish identity while navigating the challenges of university life.
  • Develop one-on-one relationships with Jewish students by meeting them where they live, work, and study.
  • Encourage and mentor students to develop projects that reflect their passions and strengthen their leadership capacity.
  • Connect regularly and mentor student leaders, Jewish campus club presidents, and student interns to maintain club activity and grow student involvement on campus.
  • Foster a warm, welcoming Jewish campus community where students feel empowered to lead and grow.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary in the nonprofit marketplace.
  • The salary range for this role is $54,000-$57,000.
  • Collaborate with students and colleagues to develop and deliver 9-12 programs annually that reflect student interests, identities, and Jewish journeys.
