About the role
- In alignment with Group Strategies, Policies, and Guidelines, the Compensation Analyst is responsible for administration, analysis, and optimization of Compensation Programs alongside cost control, reporting and ensuring regulatory compliance. Providing support to the P&O team that will attract and retain talent that will drive Ferrero's global objectives
