This role is best suited for candidates based in select markets to improve working hour overlap with leaders on the West Coast of the U.S. and in Europe.
Some travel to both regions will be expected annually.

Conduct market and competitor research to support cases for new category opportunities and define launch strategies.
Develop and support test plans for buyer and seller strategies to drive supply and demand in priority categories.
Collaborate across global category teams to understand current and future strategies, tools, and levers that can support category launches.
Build detailed operational plans in close partnership with internal and external collaborators, including Product, Marketing, Seller teams, Trust, Shipping, Finance, and third-party partners.
Manage collaborators effectively and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in retail, operations, business management, and/or consulting.
Including 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or in a strategy or planning role at a major corporation.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Experience working in or with two-sided marketplaces is a plus.

$111,200 - $190,100 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
