Responsibilities
- break the cycle of intergenerational poverty with comprehensive, on-the-ground programming that builds up opportunities for children and families to thrive in school, work, and life.
- We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director who can efficiently drive daily operations in a fast-paced environment, meet short-term goals, and increase the productivity of Community Pride in Harlem.
- Work with the program director to develop and successfully execute program strategies and processes, including but not limited to direct services for the residents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required 3+ years (5+ years preferred) of direct supervisory and program management experience in community building/engagement/organizing/ advocacy or related fields is required.
Compensation
- $70k-$75k
