Responsibilities
- Support the assessment and improvement of master data processes, standards, and stewardship practices across business functions
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify critical data elements, business rules, data quality requirements, and process improvement opportunities
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather requirements and document business processes
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, procedures, and governance materials
- Monitor data quality metrics and support reporting, issue management, and remediation activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to help implement practical and sustainable master data solutions
- Support compliance, controls, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives that promote data integrity and business process effectiveness

- As an Advisor, Master Data Management, you will work with various internal stakeholders to support the development and continuous improvement of master data processes, standards, and data quality practices.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Quality, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a related field
- Experience supporting data governance, stewardship, process improvement, or business data initiatives
- Working knowledge of SAP master data processes and related business applications
- Experience analyzing data quality issues, identifying root causes, and supporting remediation efforts
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, reporting tools, or data management solutions such as SAP or Snowflake
