- As a Floor Supervisor, you'll be a pivotal member of our team, overseeing daily operations on the sales floor and supporting both our sales associates and leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Salomon's commitment to innovative design and passion for mountain sports created a vast range of revolutionary new concepts in bindings, boots, skis and apparel for both Alpine and Nordic skiing and brought innovative solutions to footwear, apparel and equipment for snowboarding, adventure racing, mountaineering, hiking, trail running, and many other sports.

- You will ensure every customer has an exceptional experience, providing a high standard of service and inspiring our team to create a welcoming, visually appealing environment in line with Salomon's brand guidelines.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail or supervisory role, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service bringing valuable expertise to our dynamic team.

Compensation
- At the time of this posting, a reasonable estimated pay range is $23-27/hour.
- Individual pay within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-specific skills, relevant experience, education, and training.
Benefits
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Availability is required from the second week of December until the end of the holiday season.
- The exact end date will be determined annually, based in part on the period during which guests can return holiday merchandise.
