Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
  • Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
  • You'll Collaborate with a versatile team focused on whole-person care-physical, emotional, and social.
  • You will enjoy a lower daily patient volume to foster deeper relationships and deliver more personalized care.

Compensation

  • You will report to the Chief Medical Officer. #LI-CB1 Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
