About the role

We're looking for an entry-level Carpenter to join our growing team.
You'll contribute to both factory production and on-site assembly, ensuring our homes are strong, accurate, and built to last.
Frame and assemble wall, floor, and roof components using standardized methods.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to ensure assemblies are accurate, consistent, and ready for follow-on trades.
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow all safety procedures.

Requirements

Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work in overhead positions for extended periods.
Some overtime or weekend work may be required to meet production schedules.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Comfortable reading drawings and measuring to tight tolerances.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Primary work location is at Reframe's factory in Andover, MA

Nice to have

1+ years of carpentry experience a plus.
Experience in framing, sheathing, and installation of windows, doors, and related assemblies a plus.

Skills

Operate saws, nailers, routers, and other woodworking tools safely and efficiently.
Physical demands include standing, lifting, bending, and handling materials/tools.
