Responsibilities
- As a Site Superintendent, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients while maintaining the Broccolini core values, One Team, One Dream, Caring at our Core, Powered by Passion and We Make it Happen.
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure work meets contract documents, schedules, and quality standards
- Manage and document site activities, including daily logs, worker hours, materials, equipment, and deliveries
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and authorities to address site challenges and maintain progress
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites
- 6+ years of progressive on-site construction supervision experience
- Knowledge of construction documents, regulations, and safety practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Working Conditions:
- Based full-time on construction sites (site office + field presence)
