About the role

We exist to break the legacy manufacturing trap by reinventing critical production for the twenty-first century.
Through advanced software, deep automation, breakthroughs in materials science, and modern financing strategies, Rangeview rewrites both the cost curve and the power structure of making metal parts.
You will work directly on the factory floor to improve throughput, equipment uptime, process reliability, and the transition from low-rate production to volume manufacturing.

Review designs for producibility and lead tasks that transition hardware from low-rate initial production to volume production.
Research, design, modify, and test production methods and equipment based on a deep understanding of hardware and software requirements.
Establish standards, design testing methods, and implement rate production validation processes to support hardware and process quality.
Support equipment uptime and technician utilization to ensure conforming hardware is delivered on schedule.
Develop, qualify, and implement automation solutions that support production ramp and manufacturing reliability.
Partner with Production, Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to solve issues quickly and improve factory execution.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization.

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, ABET accreditation required, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in aggregating and analyzing technical data to make objective, data-informed decisions.
Proficiency in process development using DOE or similar multi-path experimental approaches.
Candidates must be currently authorized to access ITAR-controlled information as a U.S. person, including as a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicants must be currently authorized to access ITAR-controlled information as a U.S. person, including as a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158.

3+ years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, or test engineering in aerospace, automotive, or commercial industries.
Experience in the investment casting industry.
Intermediate CAD modeling capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to scale production throughput.
Familiarity with WMS, MES, and ERP systems.
Experience qualifying, operating, and maintaining industrial equipment.
Additional requirements
Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.

Please note that the compensation information below is a general guideline. Compensation is based on demonstrated candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Level 2: $108,000 - $132,000 annually + equity Level 3IC: $126,000 - $154,000 annually + equity
