About the role
- From reviewing formulations and substantiating claims to supporting labeling updates and certifications, you will play a critical role in helping Feastables bring innovative, compliant, and high-quality products to market.

- Review ingredients and formulations for compliance to different markets (domestic and international)
Responsibilities
- Support regulatory initiatives such as new product development and brand maintenance projects
- Support upcoming labeling changes and artwork updates
- Create ingredient declarations, allergen statements, and nutrition facts panels in Genesis Foods
- Support documentation requests, consumer inquiries, and certifications

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition, or related field
- Experience with ingredient line creation and claims substantiation
- Excellent prioritization skills and ability to work independently
- 5+ years of regulatory experience required; confectionery experience is a plus
Nice to have
- 5+ years of regulatory experience required
- confectionery experience is a plus
- International regulatory and certifications experience (Kosher, Halal, Fairtrade) preferred
- Experience navigating and working in Genesis Foods is a plus
Skills
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
Compensation
- For this role, we expect the annual base salary to fall between $90,000-110,000.
