Responsibilities

  • Mow grass, trim hedges Maintain cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas Ensure bridges and underpasses are well-kept and free from overgrowth or debris Cleaning & Litter Removal: Perform litter pickup on sidewalks and curbs Sweep sidewalks and walkways Empty trash bins and replace liners Seasonal & Special Tasks: Snow removal from sidewalks and common areas is mandatory during winter Participate in overtime as needed for emergencies, weather events, or special projects Support additional maintenance or cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • English (Required)
