About the role

  • We are seeking a passionate full-time Student Accounts Specialist to join our Campus Scholars team.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include processing ledger card charges, student billing, past due account follow up, account prorations, packaging non-title IV funding and collections processes.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of direct experience of working in the student accounts functional area in a college or university setting
  • You have a minimum of 1 year experience working in financial aid
  • You have an ethical and professional conduct, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of student information
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear and concise information to diverse audiences
  • You have experience with Microsoft and Google applications

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications or professional development in financial aid administration preferred.

Compensation

  • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
  • For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.
