  • About the Opportunity The Clinton Center presents a unique perspective of the work - past, present, and future - of President Bill Clinton.
  • The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in the upkeep, repair, and safe operation of facilities, equipment, and grounds at the Clinton Presidential Center and One World Campus.
  • This position entails performing routine grounds maintenance, basic facility repairs, preventive maintenance, and supporting work orders.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive daily cleanings of building exteriors, walkways, trash bins, and other designated facilities to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for everyone
  • Perform repairs and preventive maintenance tasks utilizing basic general maintenance, groundskeeping, and custodial practices
  • Organize work, manage assigned tasks, respond to changing maintenance priorities, and complete assignments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain inspection log for forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other maintenance equipment.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the facility and the Clinton Foundation.

Requirements

  • YOU MUST HAVE A REAL ID OR US PASSPORT TO BE CONSIDERED.
  • Minimum Required: 3-5 years of previous experience in facility maintenance, ground maintenance, and construction.
  • Must be skilled in using hand tools, power tools, lawn equipment, and general maintenance tools.
  • Some knowledge of AV tech language (help from Electrosonic), phone, and data.
  • Ability to work in a varying schedule including nights, early morning, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

  • Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $53K - $56K annually, depending on the experience you bring.
