About the role

- This position assists in the management and execution of the Prime Contract in conjunction with the Project Director and Law Department.
- Complexity of projects and the associated risk will be less than typically managed by a Director I.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
Nice to have
- Coordinate with the Legal Department and Insurance and Risk Management Group to obtain and provide information regarding both government and commercial issues
- coordinate with Project Controls and Project Business Services on government and commercial issues.
- Review project correspondence to ensure Fluor's rights are protected and that it is consistent with the terms of the Prime Contract.
- Participate in functional management team reviews.
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
Compensation
- $119,500.00 - $222,500.00
