  • ⦁ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives

Responsibilities

  • ⦁ Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks
  • ⦁ Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies
  • ⦁ Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations
  • Should have led business development and proposal response activities as anchor and with sales and value design teams for downstream revenue and new account generation.
  • We also empower the business with agile digital at scale to deliver unprecedented levels of performance and customer delight.

Requirements

  • Required Skill and Experience
  • Must have executed at least 2 end to end large SAP programs in Program manager roles.

Nice to have

  • Hands on ​​​​​experience of end to end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs a big plus
  • Preferred Skill and Experience
  • Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams a big plus
