Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Internal Brand Manager to create visuals, graphics, and short-form video content
- Manage and update intranet pages and campaign content using Microsoft Viva/SharePoint
Requirements
- 5+ years in a corporate communications and/or internal communications role, ideally with a large firm with a diverse employee base
- Strong project management and time management experience required.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- BA degree in communications, journalism, business, marketing or related field
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, especially HR, IT, product development, marketing and sales teams.

- A team player who believes in the power of collaborative work, strong internal relationship building with a strong client service mindset
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of content across multiple channels
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a service-oriented mindset
Nice to have
- Experience publishing and managing content via intranet platforms (Microsoft Viva/SharePoint preferred)
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, and Appspace is a strong plus
