About the role
- The Finance & Accounting Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting records, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- The role contributes to maintaining financial integrity and supporting business decision-making through timely and accurate financial information.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform periodic account reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of financial, management, and statistical reports.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Continuous training and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting and financial software systems.
